Full-Day Walking Tour of Porto & Gaia (6.5 Hours)
Ana was great to communicate with, very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We really enjoyed our tour and learned a lot. It was nice to have a driver to tour us around, drop us off in areas, so we could walk around & then pick us up again. I apologize I can’t recall his name, but the driver was very professional in his appearance & mannerisms. We toured the Bolhao market which was amazing! We enjoyed seeing the waterfront area of Porto & walking along some of the narrow streets and learning about the history. The monastery was amazing as well as the beautiful train station. Ana told us the history through the gorgeous tiles. We really enjoyed seeing the Foz do Douro area as well. Ana arranged two airport transfers for us and they both went very smoothly. The drivers were punctual, very professional and super friendly. It was so nice to arrive in Portugal and be met by a driver to take us to our hotel. We would highly recommend Ana!

Ana was the sweetest and she was very keen on what interested us, and quickly made adjustments and options along the way. She presented the tour in a fascinating manner, one that really sparked our interest. The tour was supposed to be more of a historical tour and general appreciation of Porto’s highlights but noticing how much of foodies we are, the tour somehow converted or added a food tour component. And we were so happy!!! We had stops to purchase Pasteis de nata, went to the main food market, and even had a priceless sit down experience at Majestic Cafe where we had an amazing encounter with Porto’s take on the French Toast, which we still dream of today. Thank you, Ana. You made the tour of Porto one for the books!
