  Emanuela communicated with us before the tour. She set up tickets to see The Last Supper. She took us later for a tour around Milan including the cathedral. She was on time, she was well prepared, very pleasant and personable. She had a lot of historical knowledge and gave us tips what we can do later on our own in the city. It was very informative meeting.

  Emanuela was very knowledgeable, giving us great historical information while we toured the sights of this tour. She adapted to the changed rules for the terrace of the Duomo (no skip the line, hence very long lines) and added other sights to our tour. We visited Galleria Vittorio Emanuele - the spectacular shopping mall, and the La Scala Opera House, which was fun (listened a bit to a rehearsal). The Duomo was spectacular but I especially enjoyed visiting the ruins of the 4th century church under the Duomo (where Saint Ambrose baptized Saint Augustine). This was a very enjoyable tour.

  Emanuela is an excellent guide! We do enjoyed our morning with her. She is very knowledgeable about Milan's history and iconic buildings and delivers her information in an easy to understand manner. This tour was punctuated with several hand picked spots of interest and ended at a traditional restaurant where we ate a delicious lunch! If we were here longer we'd definitely choose another of her tours.

  We had a fantastic tour with Emanuela! We'd already seen some of the places so she adjusted and shared some amazing sites that should be on the regular tour! Her love for her city of Milano was so apparent, it made it even more personal for us. We would hire Emanuela again without hesitating! Great eating advice as well! She was a delight!!
