About David

Born in Valencia, my love for the city deepened every time I had to live away for work, but I always returned! Eventually, I started a project to showcase my favorite parts of the region, highlighting our culture, food, wine, history, and hidden gems.

I have been working leading tours for 12 years, first as a Tour Leader and then as licensed guide since 2018. My specialties include history, art, local culture, and gastronomy

Either Arroz al Horno (a traditional way to cook rice in the oven with different meats and veggies) or Bocadillos (a type of Spanish sandwhich)

Favorite things to do in Valencia

I love to wander in El Carmen or cycle to the other side of the city. The amazing thing about Valencia is that due the nice weather, there is always a food/culture event somewhere in the city

    Our tour in the Requena region was an unforgettable experience, thanks to our amazing guide, David! His knowledge of wine and cava production was truly impressive, and he shared it in such an engaging and passionate way. Everything was perfectly organized, from the winery visits to the tastings, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. David’s friendliness and enthusiasm made the tour even more special, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.     David is a fantastic tour guide. He is so knowledgeable, flexible and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. We had a great time visiting the natural park and really enjoyed our boat tour of the lake. We had an excellent meal, included with the tour, with the best paella we had in Valencia. Highly recommend.

    Valencia Half-Day Wine Tour (5 hours)

    David was a wonderful host for my wife and me while we visited Valencia Spain and visited two wineries not far from the city. He speaks very good English and taught us a lot about the history of the area we visited, as well as took us to two wineries for tastings. Highly recommended!

    Valencia was a great and beautiful city. David gave a wonderful tour showing us the different areas of Valencia. My son said Valencia was his favorite city out of the 10 or more we saw on this trip. I highly recommend the use of David's services if you want to take an awesome tour of Valencia.

    David was a wonderful tour guide. We walked all over the city while he explained the cultural, historical and architectral importance of each place. He also was very informed about the political and religious significance on Valencia's the past and present. There happened to be a religious holiday celebration when we were there. We also explored the Arts and Science area - also very interesting. David also helped us with our dining decisions and what to further explore when he left us. James P

    David provided an entertaining historical account of Valencia. We were pleasantly surprised that tour was not just walking, David drive is to many of the features of the city where we continued our walks.
