Tho Ha is a traditional crafting village about 50 kilometers northeast of Hanoi. It’s encircled by a river, so the only way to reach the village is by boat. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time since not much has changed over the centuries. The villagers spend their days making rice paper by hand, as well as rice paper cakes, a local treat.
