From the service to the views of the illuminated Alhambra under the stars, Carmen El Agua is always a good idea. Open for separate lunch and dinner services, the food is an extravagance of Mediterranean fusion. For appetizers, start with plates of steak tartare, octopus carpaccio (both super light and a fab way to kick off a meal), or pesto-injected burrata.
