The Lotte Observation Deck is on the 65th floor of the Lotte Building. From here, you can see incredible views of central Hanoi and beyond, as it’s the third-tallest building in Vietnam. The deck is 272 meters high and has panoramic views of the city below. The Lotte Observation Deck also has a café that’s a popular spot to have tea or a drink around sunset.
