The Vinh Phuc Market is a 7.2-hectare area in Ba Dinh district. Even though it's been there for 10 years, it's technically considered a temporary market, so the stalls are made from bamboo and canvas. The local government posted signs banning the market, but locals still come every day to shop for fresh ingredients. Since it doesn't have permanent infrastructure, the market gets quite messy by the end of the day.
