Criollo is an outdoor restaurant housed in a building that’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Chefs Enrique Olvera and Luís Arellano only serve a tasting menu, which means that you’ll get to sample several dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients. The flavors are familiar but the dishes have international influence, like the fish tempura taco and a tamal in a shrimp mole sauce.
