Boulenc is an open-air bakery and restaurant that’s having a moment in Oaxaca. Its French-inspired breads and pastries are baked fresh daily in the bakery and then used in the attached restaurant. Boulenc is also a gourmet shop where guests can shop for unique items. There’s usually a line, but it’s worth the wait to get a table.
