Tacos Chemita is a local favorite for tacos in Oaxaca. It’s one of the newer taquerías in town but it's made its mark. The tacos can be loaded with all kinds of fillings, but the most popular among regulars is al pastor, pork meat that is traditionally roasted on a turning spit. Another local recommendation is the quesadilla gringa, a quesadilla stuffed with cheese and al pastor meat.
