This church is dedicated to Oaxaca’s patron, Nuestra Señora de la Soledad. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the historic center that dates back to the late 17th century. Once you approach, you’ll immediately notice the intricately carved façade and its vibrant colors. The church has a large congregation and it attracts a lot of visitors. December 18th, the patron’s day, is a day of celebration and festivities at the church.
