"One of the oldest Alsatian brasseries in Paris. Their seafood choucroute is a must-try."
Paris Local

Serving up Alsatian cuisine (Alsace is in northeast France, bordering Germany and Switzerland. Alsatian cuisine is a combination of French and German), Bofinger feels very much like an old-school extravagant affair. The food matches, like the ginormous Bofinger seafood platter. Oysters, shellfish, and crustaceans are available in servings of three, six, and nine. A large glass-rounded observatory window sits in the middle of the restaurant’s ceiling, tall twisted vases and large mirrors are used for decor, along with loads of low-hanging lampshades.
