What an incredible day! I was in Mexico City with several friends - some of whom are not so keen on walking tours. I reached out to Julio to see if he could do a private tour for our group that was only 3-3 1/2 hours. We met at The Palacio de Bellas Artes. This was the MOST AMAZING part of our tour. My friends were enthralled by the images and the history behind all of the murals and the stories of Mexico and Mexico City. We all bonded over Julio's favorite mural which is a smaller one that he said most tour guides just pass over. It was a very special moment for us all. We didn't want the tour to end, so we took Julio to lunch and continued on for another 1.5 hours! I can't say enough good things about Julio, his tour and his knowledge of Mexican history and art. Gracias, mi amigo!! We will be back!

Julio is the perfect choice if you’re looking for an exceptional tour of Mexico City’s historic center.! His deep knowledge and engaging storytelling brought the city’s history to life. We explored the Zócalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Templo Mayor ruins, learning fascinating details we would have otherwise missed. His insights into architecture, culture, and daily life made the experience truly immersive. Beyond major landmarks, he introduced us to hidden gems and even the famous taco lady. His warmth and enthusiasm made the tour feel personal and engaging. Highly knowledgeable and friendly. Julio was so great we booked him a second day!

If you’re looking for an incredible tour of Coyoacán and Xochimilco,Julio is the perfect choice! His deep knowledge and engaging storytelling made history come alive. In Xochimilco, we enjoyed a vibrant trajinera boat ride through the canals, experiencing local traditions and music. Then, In Coyoacán, we explored charming cobblestone streets, visited Frida Kahlo’s Casa Azul, and learned fascinating details about the area’s rich history. His insights into culture, art, and daily life made the tour truly immersive. We started with a guide and left feeling we made a friend!

Julio was an amazing guide on our walking tour of Mexico City. This was our first visit and we feel we have had a nice welcome to an amazing city thanks to Julio. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about history, art and architecture but has an exceptional personality. He was so flexible and accommodating to what we enjoy to see and do. From seeing the Cathedral, to markets, to tasting local foods, mind blowing bakery, Art Murals at Palacio Nacional and a lovely visit to La Condessa. Not only did the tour exceed our expectations but Julio was exceptional as a guide and person. Very easy to talk to and so kind. We would highly recommend Julio to our friends and definitely use him again on our next visit. We are very happy clients. ❤️

Julius was terrific. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about downtown Mexico City. He gave a thorough explanation of the history and architecture of the major sites. We peppered him with questions, and he always gave us a complete explanation. Additionally, Julius is a very likeable guide, eager to please, and enjoyable with whom to spend time. I would heartily recommend Julius as a guide for tours in Mexico City and would readily use him when we come back.
