Segorbe is a medieval village in the mountains, located about a 45-minute drive from Valencia. Here, you'll find remnants of an ancient city wall, the Santa María Cathedral, and a 16th-century palace that is now a city hall. If you visit on a Thursday, you can check out a weekly street market that sells local food products and handmade clothes and crafts. There are also lots of celebrations at the end of August, when Segorbe's calendar is packed with various cultural activities.
