RUBI is tucked away in the winding streets of El Born. The space is small and pays a nod to the city’s Modernist style of architecture. Gin and mixers are the recommendations here, but RUBI has a full menu of cocktails and drinks. It’s open Tuesday to Thursday, 7 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., and 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
