If there’s one dish to order straight away from Betula Nana, it would have to be the squid-ink Spanish omelette (tortilla española). This sits on a squid sauce and is topped with garlic clams. Vegetarians, try the citrus-flavored boletus (type of mushroom) carpaccio with crispy beetroot. The pistachio tart is a must for dessert. With just a few tables, the restaurant isn’t overly large, and so prior reservations are recommended. It’s favored for its excellent service.
