Modeled after a classic, old-school speakeasy, Moonshiner placed 79th among the world’s top 500 bars for 2024. Each of the 12 cocktails has been imagined (then shaken and stirred) after 12 regions in France. The notes and flavor profiles are carefully selected based on the area. ‘Cry me a River’ is inspired by Brittany, for example, with notes of onion, miso, fennel, and vodka. ‘Vin Volé’ on the other hand celebrates Burgundy and contains grapes, cassis, peony, and tequila.
