Chez Paul

Around the corner from Paris’s famed 18th-century Bastille (a former fortress and prison) lies an institution of French cuisine: Chez Paul. Serving patrons traditional French food for more than 100 years, its current owners have been leading the way since 1998. Drop in from Monday to Friday for the set lunch menu, or choose between starters, main courses, fish dishes, cheese, and desserts off the signature menu. There are four dining rooms, and it’s about the ambiance just as much as the food itself.
