You can visit La Pergola Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but your best bet at fast service is to get there early. It's one of Valencia's best and most sacred esmorzar (brunch) spots, so it's usually busy. However, many locals and tourists agree the food is worth the wait. The menu includes items like bocadillos — Spanish sandwiches served on a baguette —and sangria.
