Valencia

"One of my favorite villages in this hilly region—the views are absolutely spectacular."
El Castell de Guadelest is perched on a rocky crag about 160 kilometers south of Valencia. The village has two parts: El Castillo and El Arrabal. El Castillo is home to the town's famous castle and fortified walls, and El Arrabal is a newer part that extends along the mountainside. Visiting the castle is a must, but there are also several gardens and museums to see and several tasty tapas spots to enjoy.
