Throughout the day, the focus is not on ticking off famous landmarks, but on understanding how this landscape works: how villages relate to agriculture, how roads shaped movement, and how wine, food and water have defined settlement patterns over centuries. The tour ends in a unique thermal village, where hot springs have shaped urban space since antiquity, offering a fitting conclusion to a day built around landscape, history and human presence.
