Santa Maria Novella, Florence & Countryside

"It’s not just a simple restaurant—it looks like an art gallery! The entire vaulted ceiling is adorned with 20th-century paintings, and their T-bone steak is always delicious!"
Entering Trattoria Gargani will immediately hit you with a bold splash of color. Everywhere you look, the walls are covered with various art forms — murals, frescoes, and paintings that create a warm, vibrant atmosphere. Artist and chef Guiliano Gargani brainstormed the establishment in 1979 as a gathering sanctuary for artists and intellectuals whose descendants still congregate here to enjoy a selection of old Tuscan favorites. True standouts are the juicy T-bone steak and the creamy burrata cheese with arugula.
