Covering 100 hectares, this green space in Alcântara is home to the Lisbon Astronomical Observatory, the Exhibition Pavilion, an amphitheater, gardens, and rugby fields. You’ll also find cultivated lands, including orchards, vineyards, and nurseries that feature a wide variety of plants. Tapada da Ajuda has spectacular views of the city, the Tagus River, and several examples of interesting architecture from throughout the last few centuries.
