With its fortified walls dating back to the 13th century, sit between eons of history whilst enjoying your meal at Ristorante Daria in Monticchiello. An explosion of contemporary gastronomy infused with local traditions, the menu is a pure delight. Think fresh sheep’s ricotta flan, handmade pici pasta with black kale and almond pesto, and guinea fowl cooked in wine and raisins. The streetside seats are super ambient. There is also a little wine shop here.
