At Podere Il Casale (open since 1991), you’ll get the opportunity to experience some of Tuscany’s finest produce, especially raw milk cheeses (the organic farm’s speciality). Tucked away amid the hillsides of Pienza, the dining views over the valley are breathtaking. Dine outside on the terrace beneath the trees, or inside. Cheese boards are available, or enjoy the à la carte menu. Apart from its restaurant, the farm offers farm tours (including the dairy farm), as well as cooking classes and lessons on cheese production.
