The roadsides are lined with a variety of lush trees like chestnut, oak, white fir, black pine, and cypress — providing a cool climate for the active sort exploring these parts. Thanks to its elevation, low-hanging mist rolls around the mountain, perched 934 meters above sea level (and each of its three peaks sits at a different altitude). It’s an hour’s drive from the city.
