MoMix Bar

Behind every drink concoction lies a little bit of theatrics at MoMix Bar, where they are all about playing with molecular mixology. Expect tumblers to arrive with test tubes sticking out of them and glasses settling down with a plume of smoke. Three drink menus are available: ‘Experiences,’ ‘Molecule Mixology,’ and the standard ‘Cocktails and Drinks.’ Their food menu is filled with all sorts of scrumptious things to eat, like potato croquettes with truffle oil. The bar boasts two levels, doesn’t feel cramped, and is always bustling!
