If there’s one bakery to sample authentic Greek koulouri (a sesame-crusted bread ring, with a crisp exterior and chewy bread interior), it’s at Koulouri tou Psyrri. These traditional bakes are available either as plain bread rings or stuffed with various fillings. You find both options here. However, it isn’t just koulouri that they sell at the no-frills bakery.
