Loco is a Michelin-starred restaurant near the Basílica da Estrela. It has a zero-waste kitchen that utilizes what’s fresh and in season to maximize flavor and minimize any food waste. Chef Alexandre Silva has curated a 16-course tasting menu based on traditional Portuguese cuisine but with a modern twist. Each course, or “moment,” gives diners a chance to enjoy bites that are beautifully presented and executed.
