This fine-dining restaurant is inside the Sofitel Metropole Hotel in the Old Quarter. It has 120 years of history and serves French haute cuisine in a dining room that was renovated to be both chic and opulent. Lunch service includes either the set or à la carte menu, and dinner consists of the à la carte or 6-course tasting menu. The wine menu is also very impressive with more than 600 bottles. Reservations are required.
