Sant Antoni, Barcelona

"If you don't want to travel to Poblenou (where el Tío Che is located), this shop in the Sant Antoni neighborhood (Parlament 56) serves excellent horchata."
Horchatería Sirvent is a classic horchata and sweet shop in Sant Antoni. It opened in 1928 and primarily sold handmade turrons — nougats with fillings like dried fruit, nuts, and chocolate. You can still buy turrons here, but many come to try an ice-cold glass of Spanish horchata, especially in the summer. Sirvent also has handmade ice cream and granizados, a shaved ice treat.
