Three bars housed within one 17th-century building — plus a bookstore — in the historic Saint-Germain-des-Prés area, Cravan is an “it” spot for cocktail drinkers. The owner has a background in both history and art, and this is reflected through the bar’s essence — whether speaking of the space, or the drinks. The cocktails, drinks, and food from the Grand Bar and Bar 1 are the same, whereas things differ at Bar 3. It’s on this level that cocktails are more unique and exclusive. Every Saturday afternoon, they offer a Cocktail Masterclass.
