Casa Museu Amatller
"We often think of Casa Batlló in Barcelona (and yes, it’s absolutely worth a visit), but what about the house right next door? Casa Amatller, designed by renowned architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch, is a must-see for architecture lovers."
Barcelona Local

When chocolatier Antoni Amatller commissioned architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch to renovate a house in 1900, the result was an innovative blend of Romanesque and Catalan Gothic architecture. This house-turned-museum preserves Amatller’s original furniture and art collection. Whether you’re cruising solo with an audio guide (€17) or enjoying a dramatized visit (€27), don’t forget to try the chocolate at the first-floor café!
