Casa Gabriel

Cooking over a charcoal flame is very popular in Southern Spain. Casa Gabriel’s menu is connected by three parts: dishes done over holm oak charcoal in a pukka Josper oven, ‘to snack and share’ options, and then the ‘something sweet’ selections, i.e., dessert — order the tocino del cielo (grand caramel) or the baked cheesecake. All of the food is prepared with care and beautifully presented with a sea of colour. There’s terrace seating, but you are charged additionally.
