This bar near Puerta Jeréz is inside the historic Royal Mint of Sevilla building. The interior has a vintage feel that plays into the building’s history, but there are also unique portraits of pop culture icons like Amy Winehouse and Dame Maggie Smith. The menu has a variety of classic dishes that are pure Andalusian cuisine, like stews, grilled fish, and salmorejo, a cold, creamy tomato soup.
