The original and beloved Bar Pinotxo opened in La Boqueria Market in 1940. In 2023, the bar moved to the Sant Antoni Market, giving it a less touristy home. For generations, it’s served hearty Catalan dishes for breakfast and lunch. It’s open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Bar Pinotxo is always buzzing with people and is relatively small, so try to visit outside of peak hours.
