Founded by French-Spanish reggae singer Manu Chau, Bar Mariatchi in the Gothic Quarter is a relaxed, fun place to get a drink, enjoy tapas, and listen to music. You’ll find exotic drinks, like hidromiel — honey wine — and specialty mojitos. It’s open Sunday to Thursday, 7 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and Friday and Saturday until 3 a.m.
