Whilst A for Athens Bar opens up from morning time (for breakfast and brunch), it’s late afternoon/evening that this spot really shines. From the outside terrace, the Acropolis is right in front of you in all its glory. It’s at this hour that the restaurant partly transforms into a cocktail bar. Food and drink pairings are available in the evening. Unlike a regular bar, this one places emphasis on shaking up gastronomic-inspired drinks (the whole drinks concept is ‘emotion or logic’) using spirits from small Greek breweries, as well as international ones.
