Akasaka, Tokyo

"A tsukemen restaurant, offering a unique style of ramen where you dip the noodles in the soup."
Yasube is a tsukemen ramen shop that has several locations in Tokyo. When you picture ramen, you probably think of a bowl of broth with the noodles inside and toppings piled over them. Tsukemen is different in that the soba noodles are served on the side, and you dip them into the soup with each bite to soak up the broth’s flavor. Different sizes are available.
