A feast on the eyes, Yann Couvreur welcomes you into a setting where glass shelves are lined with chocolate creations and other sweet goodness. Everything is well-presented here. The owner (Yann Couvreur) is a famous French pastry chef and TV star pâtissier, who has been a judge on Top Chef. This patisserie makes an extremely light and airy croissant. But perhaps it’s his Kouign-Amann (a round butter pastry cake) that deserves a very special mention!
