Tsumigi is a café in Tsujiki with a unique location: it’s inside a 400-year-old temple. It’s modern, spacious, and one of the few breakfast places in Tokyo that’s open early. There’s a communal table for 12 in the middle, so you need to make a reservation ahead of time. At breakfast, you can get an 18-course set menu that includes items like porridge, miso, tofu, and seasonal produce.
