This building in Shinjuku has observation decks that are free to the public. It’s 243 meters tall with two towers and was once the tallest building in Tokyo. The observation decks are at 202 meters and have views of Mount Fuji, Tokyo Dome, the Meiji Shrine, and several other landmarks. The observation desks also have cafés and souvenir shops. The second floor of the building has tourist information about Tokyo and its various landmarks.
