Located in Ueno Park, this UNESCO World Heritage Site was designed by the famous Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier and opened in 1959. This is Japan's only museum that focuses solely on Western art. The vast collection of over 4,000 works includes pieces from the Renaissance up until the early 20th century. General admission for the permanent collection is 500 yen for adults.
