Shichigosan is a restaurant in Asakusa that’s famous for its monjayaki pancakes. Monjayaki is a popular street food made of wheat flour and dashi and usually has cabbage and spices thrown in. Besides monjayaki, this restaurant also has a similar pancake, called okonomiyaki, and teppanyaki options. The chewy yakisoba noodles are shipped in from Osaka and all of the pork products are from Hirata Farm in Tokyo.
