Barranco de la Luna is a canyon that makes you feel as if you’ve landed on the moon, hence the name counterpart: “luna.” It's between Saleres and Albuñuelas villages, but closer to Saleres (just three minutes outside the village). A full circuit walk takes about 1.5 hours to complete, covering just over four kilometers. Massive rocks lie overhead, streaked in reds and oranges and yellows. You walk through many water pools.
