Ricard Camarena is a restaurant in La Saïdia that focuses on using fresh, seasonal ingredients from Valencia and the surrounding areas. It was awarded a second Michelin star in 2018. The restaurant is inside the historic old Bombas Gens factory building, led by the well-known chef Ricard Camarena. You can order à la carte or go for the tasting menus, which can be adapted to different diets. Either way, homegrown veggies are the stars of the show. Reservations are required.
