Since its opening in September 1973, Samm has become a key player in the Levantine cuisine game, not to mention a purveyor of some of the finest rice dishes in Madrid. Two stars of Samm's menu are arroz con bogavante (lobster rice) and Valencian paella, both of which make lovely precursors to the family-owned business's most popular dessert, cheesecake.
