2nd arrondissement, Paris

"A hidden gem in an old printing house in Passage des Panoramas. Elegant food and great natural wines."
Ever heard of the term "Bistrattoria" before? If you haven’t, well, that’s because the maestro behind Racines was the one to bring the term onto the culinary scene. Basically, it’s a combination of a French ‘bistro’ and an Italian ‘trattoria,’ and is exactly what to expect from this culinary inspiration. Enlisted by the Michelin guide, the menu is distinctly Italian, specifically dishes from Sardinia, yet there are a few Parisian-inspired numbers. Don’t leave before trying the tiramisu.
