This night flower market is in the Tay Ho district in central Hanoi. Here, you can browse blooms from both near and far under the moonlight while most of the city is already sleeping. In fact, the market is busiest between 11 P.M. and 2 A.M. However, it's usually open from 8 P.M. to 7 A.M. It's a wholesale market, so the prices are very reasonable.
