"In its third generation, Pralus is famous for a brioche studded with pink sugared almonds, plus house-made chocolate that’s equally delightful."

Paris Local

Pralus may be in its third generation of crafters, however, to this day, this chocolaterie still follows Grandad’s recipe. After all, the man is a maître chocolatier responsible for creating the Praluline® — back in 1955. Still sold in the shop today, it’s a brioche with pink sugared almonds and hazelnuts inside, all caramelized. It’s sweet, buttery and oh-so-good. In later years, Pralus branched out into sourcing and making its chocolate, from bean to bar, now sold here.
